What Holidays are you closed on?
We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What happens to my pickup on a Holiday week?
Holidays will only change your pickup day if the holiday falls on a weekday. Observance days are not considered holidays.
If your pick up day lands on or after one of the above holidays, your pick up will be one day later. For example: If the holiday lands on a Monday, all pickups are one day later. If your pickup is on a Friday, then your pickup will be on Saturday. When in doubt, put your trash out. This will ensure you don't miss your pick up.
What time should I have my can out?
We recommend putting your cans out the night before your pick up or by 6:00 am at the latest on the morning of your pickup.
What time will my trash be picked up?
We do not know the exact time of your pick up and the time may vary from week to week.
What is the WC-CEC or RC-CEC charge that I see on my bill?
These are County Environmental Charges for Washington County and Ramsey County. They are charges that we are required to collect for the Counties. These charges were moved to your garbage bill in April 2003 from your property tax statements. The charge pays for services such as yard waste sites and household hazardous waste sites.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept check, cash, and money orders. We do not have any online payment options. Many people who prefer paying online will use their banks Online Bill Pay option.
